Show Time:
Mens Show will start at 10:00am and run straight through.
Women's Show will start at 1:00pm and run straight through.
You must purchase tickets to both shows if you are attending both shows.

Drug Tested Event: This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. Competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances prior to registering.
Drug Testing: All competitors are required to be drug tested prior to competing. See expediter immediately upon leaving stage; DO NOT get dressed. Photo identification must be shown prior to drug tests and at the time of urine specimen collections.
Polygraph: All competitors are required to take the polygraph test before competing. A polygraph test is good for 6 weeks. Must show proof of results. LINK HERE - https://calendly.com/drug_screenings/ocb-queen-city-showdown-1?month=2022-12
Membership: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. Membership forms and online registration options can be found here. Please obtain your OCB membership by November. This is in addition to sign up for the show. Please have your membership ID number ready to show at CHECK IN!

Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Open, 40+, 50+
Womens Physique: Novice, Open, 40+
Figure: Novice, Open, 40+, 50+
Men’s Physique: Teen, Novice, Open, 40+. 50+
Men's Classic Physique: Novice, Open, 40+, 50+
Bikini: Novice, Open, 40+, 50+
Wellness: Novice, Open, 40+
Promoter reserves the right to add or drop classes based on number of entries. Guidelines for each division can be found here.
Classes: When there is more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Crossovers: A “crossover” is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between the Figure and Women’s Bodybuilding or Women’s Physique categories are not permitted. Crossovers between Men’s Physique and Men's Classic Physique and/or Men’s Bodybuilding are not permitted.
Awards: Awards for top 5 placements in each class. Pro Cards given in every division.
Entry Deadline: Entries will not be accepted after 12/1/22
Fees:
Single Entry fee is $75, $60 for each additional class.
After 11/20/2022: Entry $100, Crossover Entry $75 for each additional class.
OCB Membership should be purchased at ocbonline.com prior to check in. Please bring proof of membership to check in – this can be a printed receipt or an electronic receipt on your phone Drug screening is $50-$60 payable in cash at time of testing (Testing fee not refunded if not passed).
Check-In/Drug Test: By appointment Friday December 2nd. You will be given the link and instructions to schedule your drug screening within 2 weeks of the show if registered. Please arrive about 15 minutes early to complete check in.
Contestant meeting: All info will be give out prior.
Backstage policy: Three assistants max per competitor is allowed. The assistants MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. The cost is $60. Please note that no men are allowed in the women’s dressing room and no women are allowed in the men’s dressing room.
Pump-Up Area: Light weights, bands and mirrors will be back stage for use in pumping up before going on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
Prejudging: The Pre-judging portion of the event will consist of group comparisons.
Finals: The Finals portion of the event will run straight after a 30 minute intermission. It will consist of: individual routines, award presentations, and overall judging (for divisions that have more than one class). All competitors will perform at finals regardless of placement from prejudging. Individual routines should last no more than 60 seconds. Competitors are to supply their own music for Finals. Pro Cards:
Pro Cards will be given in each open division.

10:00a.m. Pre-judging & Finals Mens Show: Adult General Admission $35, Under 10 years old General Admission $10.
Assistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $65 (Must be 16 years or older). Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating as well. 1:00pm Pre Judging & Finals Women's Show: Adult General Admission $35, Under 10 years old General Admission $10. Coach/Assistant Ticket/Backstage Pass: $65. ALL DAY PASS - $60
